There's a way through your suffering, and it starts with being seen, and the openness to look within.
Chronic pain &
illness
I help people with chronic health conditions that hasn't shifted, no matter what they've tried.
Not by adding another treatment on top, but by finding what's actually holding it in place within yourself.
If you're here
You probably know some of this.
Pain restricting your daily life,
that keeps coming back
Taking hours to fall asleep or waking up at 3 AM unable to get back to it
Energy that's gone, none of the strength or aliveness you used to have.
Problems digesting the food you’d like to eat
Feeling unsteady in yourself, and carrying something heavy you haven't been able to put down.
And underneath, not really feeling seen, feeling alone with it.
You've already been to doctors, maybe physiotherapists, osteopaths. Maybe you've talked to someone. And you're still here, still carrying it all.
What becomes possible
Changes I’ve witnessed in my clients
Being pain free again, for the first time in years.
Sleeping trough the whole night
Restored mobility, being able to move freely
Restored sensations after neurological conditions
Feeling yourslef, your heart and the love inside you again
A peaceful mind that rests in trusts.
Finally letting go of what has been hurting you forgiving, healing and moving on.
What actually happens
We go as deep as it takes.
Every session moves through layers. How far we go depends entirely on where the thing you're carrying actually lives.
I listen to your story.
Not just the symptom — what's actually happening in your life. Your family, your relationship, your work. The changes, the losses, the dreams that didn't go the way you'd hoped. This part matters more than most people expect.
I read the body.
Where the pain is, and where it's actually coming from. Pulse and tongue, abdominal diagnosis, how you move, your hips and spine. The body keeps a record, and it's usually honest.
Hands-on bodywork through muscle, fascia and the energetic pathways.
Releasing what's held in the tissue, opening what's closed down, and structural work where it's needed. This is where the body starts to soften and let go of its guard.
We find what's actually holding it in place.
Sometimes the root isn't in the tissue at all. It's in what you believe about yourself, or something you've never let move. We go there together — but not as a conversation. You feel it, in your body, as it shifts. That's the part that lasts.
I'm Alexander.
I've dedicated my life to the art of healing since I was eighteen.
Since then I've worked in psychiatric and neurological hospitals, in monastic clinics and Buddhist monasteries in Myanmar, and for the last ten years in private practice — with more than a thousand people, from all over the world.
What I've learned in all of it is simple: the body and the mind are not two separate things, and pain that won't leave usually has a reason that hasn't been heard yet.
What I work withChinese Medicine
Studied in China as an indoor student of Dr. Zhang, and for three years with Dr. Ploberger. It's the framework I read everything through.
Traditional Thai Massage
Learned in Thailand under Ajahn Sinchai and Ajahn Pichet, two of the great living teachers of the tradition.
Shiatsu
Three years of training at ISSÖ in Austria.
Energetic Healing
Learned from Venerable Namgyel, a Tibetan monk. Opening the pathways, bringing you back to your own centre.
Mind-Body Medicine
Learned from Inge Maria Moser, how to heal the body by bringing the mind closer to truth, and finding the root of pain and disease where it actually begins: within.
