Four modalities, integrated into one clinic.

Treatments we offer

Lineage Acupuncture

Classical Chinese acupuncture in a rare lineage transmitted hand to hand. Slightly thicker needles, freehand insertion, distal points. For chronic pain, sleep, neurological and autoimmune conditions, hormonal and reproductive patterns. Trained directly under her Sifu in China.

Chinese Herbal Medicine

Custom formulas based on full TCM diagnosis — pulse, tongue, pattern. Refined at four-week reviews as the constitution stabilises. For hormonal and digestive patterns, post-illness recovery, fatigue and burnout, long-term resilience. Trained in China and with Dr Florian Ploberger and Dr Zhang.

Manual Therapy

Hands-on structural work drawn from osteopathy-inspired manual therapy, TCM based Shiatsu therapy and lineage Thai bodywork from Ajahn Sinchai and Ajahn Pichet. Clinically grounded in years of orthopaedic and neurological hospital rehabilitation in Austria. For chronic pain, frozen shoulder, post-fracture and post-surgical recovery, restricted mobility.

Integrative Bodywork

The deeper somatic and energetic layer of bodywork. Japanese Shiatsu (four-year training), traditional Thai bodywork, somatic technique, and energetic healing studied with the Tibetan monk Venerable Namgyel in India. For burnout, nervous-system overload, body-held stress and grief, postpartum integration, sleep disrupted by tension.

The integrative approach

Methods that complete each other.

Integration at Metta Medicine does not mean placing four techniques side by side. It means reading the whole pattern first, through pulse, tongue, case history, posture, and the way the body responds then choosing the right sequence of care.

Sometimes acupuncture opens what herbs can deepen. Sometimes manual therapy releases what the body then needs time to integrate. Sometimes the order changes after the first response.

The treatment plan is not fixed in advance. It begins with the first visit and is refined as your body changes.
